Reviews and Ratings
The hotel felt like a mini apartment, but the cleanliness was an issue overall. The service was lackluster and the location felt unsafe at times. The dining options were subpar with poor quality food. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and it was close to the Ford Museum.
My stay at the hotel was a nightmare. The rooms were filthy, staff were ignorant, and there were no basic amenities like a shower curtain, garbage can, or blanket. The staff was rude and lazy, and there was nowhere to park close to the room. It was a horrible experience overall.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the location was decent and close to the Henry Ford Museum, some aspects of the stay were not up to par. The rooms were dirty, old, and had a strong unpleasant odor. On the positive side, the staff, although untrained, tried to be nice. However, the shady practices regarding the $100 cash deposit without a clear policy or explanation left a bad taste.
